Howdy all, got way to little sleep last night after some good kick boxing and Im working overtime today. Im in decent spirits though and am looking forward to relaxing at home with my wife. Hope your all doing well and that you all have a great day.

I'm actually in relatively good spirits, it's just oly that after going through much of my life with only trivial tihngs happening, when all of a sudden actual tradgedy occurs, it's wierd. However, it also seems like when it's rains, it pours.

I finished my big essay last night, and I happen to think it rocks! :thumbsup: I'm optimistic about it. I just wish I didn't have to wait until after the holidays to find out how I did. Aside from that, once 5:30 comes around today, I'll be in much higher spirits. That'll mean my essay is passed in, and my final is done. Then I can begin studying for what should be an easy Psychology test.

I'm off to study Arabic! Adrusu aluga alarabeya!

Arabic looks much cooler when not in the Latin alphabet :spy:

I had a fitness test for sailing yesterday. It's called hiking, and if you don't sail it'll seem very weird. The way a sail works is it pushes kinda sideways, and kinda forwards, so you have to counteract the sideways pushing. It's what im doing in the 'tar, although it wasn't particularly windy in that shot.

You've got a strap over your feet and the edge of the boat sits somewhere between the middle of your thigh and your knee. The test measures the total torque produced over 5 minutes. The maximum torque possible would be a totally straight body, I should get about 90% of that although the calculations won't be done until next week.

Did anyone understand that? I normally "hand-talk" when I'm trying to explain it to people.

:wave: *its up i say* i had to deal with this very thing this morning. i had to communicate to my brother how to install and run the burner. omg noobzor :lol:

well spent last night at my girlfriends house :uhhuh: and we watched one of the harry potter movies. she thought the big hairy fella was calling the hippogriff a hypocrit(SP?) lol. it was hilarious. and this morning i helped her pack and now she is off camping with her friends. im a bit worried though its only 4 girls and the only one who knows the least thing about camping doesnt know very much. mmm.. and its supposed to be stormy to. they had no clue what they had to take either. they were going off without a torch and various other necessities. . ill give them half a week at the most.

on a sadder note my gf's cat is ~14 years old and has developed a tumor in her lower jaw, which is stopping her cleaning herself and what not. so she is being taken to the vet on monday to see what can be done but the poor thing, fuzzbucket is the cats name btw, is most likely going to get put down. poor kitty. my gf was devastated when she heard this so shes been pretty sad lately

anyway lvling my werebear. who doesn't love 200 dmg at lvl 12???

Today Im at work ::xrollseye: but afterwards... yeah! First I'm going to the theater with my family. It's kind of a tradition where we first go to the theater and afterwards eat at some restaurant. Actually we're dining at an Australian restaurant and I'm having crocodile steak!! Does any of you down-unders know how that tastes? After that I'm going partying with the job, Christmas party :xflash:

Corax - Nice! I haven't gone on a long hike thing in a long time.

Last night rocked! :xflash: First a bunch of friends came over and we exchanged christmas presents. I ate waaaay too much chocolate. The later, I played some late night indoor ultimate frisbee with the Dal team. I had a ton of energy and played really well. I must have scored a dozen times. All in all a good night.

Today is a restful day. Tomorrow, the studying begins :uhhuh:

Another sunday in the office - so much work too catch up on, especially since half my work day (lately) consists of reading the SPF!!!!

@Rizzo - Chicken, it tastes like chicken (doesn't everything??). If you ever get an opportunity to eat Kangaroo, don't. The toilet will be your best friend the next day, and it's a real pain if you don't have extra soft toilet paper!!

@Ronin - A vindicator probably would kill Baal quicker, but I think you'd have major problems with the minions. The good thing about the Hammerdin is that nothing can stop it (excl. FE) up to baal.

@Kaysaar - good luck in the exams!

@Shermo - I used to love sailing when I was young, my dad built me an Optamist (Sp?), sort of sad I gave it away really.

Note: Am 10 Baal runs off lvl95. Took 108 runs to get there from 94, gaining ~1.9mil exp per run. No deaths, I've sorted the FE issues out by changing out the merc's gear, he's now better equiped than most of my chars! Reapers, CoA, and Leviathan (24%DR). It took just over 20 hrs to do. The next lvl will be interesting, the minions will stop giving so much exp and it'll be a big jump in the number of runs me thinks, I'm thinking I've got another 700~800 Hrs playing to go :xeek:

I had roo in Tassie, where I think they think that it is really a viable substitute for beef. I had a buger once and had the trots for a week! Maybe they picked it up off the side of the road? Mmmmmmm, road kill..........

as for the 99 thing, I couldn't imagine trying to do it MP, Just too many hours involved, you'd be lucky to do it within 1500hrs (62 days), of solid playing, that's no toilet, sleep, eating, liasing with the opposite sex........

i found a horizons on bnet on my first ever pit run. with no MF. i was really excited because i didnt know horizons existed. so i thought i found a lash. but nooooo. i cant even find a horizons now. the best ive seen in a blue scourge. 1 of them

Roo didn't make me talk to a man about a wallaby
Croc didn't taste like chicken at all, more like a weird combination of turkey and fish.
Emu was great! Tasted like ox I think, which is probably my favourite meat.

I was at a party afterwards with my job, really fun. Got a bit sloshed, but I still managed to get up early and run to work :thumbsup:
