If you are ok with level 84 areas, @Luhkoh made a nice sheet with them on the old forum, in the off the beaten path tournament.
Maggot lair is one such example (nice for firewall and molten boulder imo).
 
BTW, did you know that the Windows shortcut to cut out parts of the screen works in D2R as well? Move mouse pointer over the item, Press Windows+shift+S (ignore the extra item comparison wiondows), screen darkens, mark a rectangle and it will be in the clipboard. Much better than the print screen key!

Edit: Hmm, then again, it's perhaps not such a good idea to post unedited screenshots from a 4k screen :)

OK, I've found 3 Manald Heal in a row. All fine again, it seems. Or should I say, karma strikes back after I wrote the above?
 
Found a Mal and Ko doing Countess runs, but pretty slow going. I decided to start up a Zon, as it's a bit frustrating going slowly. I could bring my old stuff in from before, but I'm really trying to play from scratch even with the frustration.

For now, I'm wearing two Nagels. This is in D2R, btw. I wonder how many Nagels and Manalds I have in 1.14d ... probably a lot. (It's 27 Nagels and 19 Manalds ... I must have stopped keeping them.)

How many is X? I don't know; I don't count runs. I never have, so I probably never will. Maybe I'll track runs in Hell? I've been running Andy on /p3, but I should bump it up to /p5 at least. My merc dies a bit too easily, though, and I would like to keep Insight handy.

I open the screenshots in irfanview and save them as JPG with 85% quality - 250 to 400 KB instead of 4 MB per screenshot that way. It is quite quickly done, too:
1. Open Screenshot001
2. hit S
3. hit Enter (if you have chosen the correct default safe mods)
4. hit right arrow
repeat 2-4 until every picture is saved as JPG. Take around 1 sec per pic

@Gilded Sun : That is one nice reward for questing! I wouldn't mind a couple of those myself :p

@NorthDakota, @Babyhell: in the next patch, Blizzard should add a feature for gathering putrid rotten eggs from those Act 1 rogue camp chickens. Put six of those sulphurous eggs in the cube, drop in an exceptional holy water scepter, transmute, and poof! Instant "Stinksprinkler."

Also, did you notice a funny false cognate word in @d2lover's description text? "+160 Gift-Shaden, Dauer 4 Sekunden." The Fetid Sprinkler delivers a friendly "gift" over four seconds! What a kindness.

Anyway, here's my awesome find from this morning:

Yes, it's marginally better... but seriously, this result is just more evidence that the PRNG knows what I'm playing (a CL/FO build), and mocks me with rolls like these on my drops. 🤯

finally made this blade, I must say for Pitruns Wizard spike is probably better because of mana and fcr, but for Pindle it's awesome, so much yellow stuff and a empty inventory to grab all of it :D
