I was thinking the chance of getting struck by mighty FoHs and Thunderstorm bolts would balance out the 50% absorb :rolleyes:
and the 1-3000 lit dmg is actually just 1500 avg.
Maybe u got it wrong, the one who wears the helm would get struck by the lightning attacks...

masteries include ele masteries and weapon masteries, claw masterie and the likes,

weapon specific skills meaning jav + bow skills, poison dagger, dual claw attacks, dual weapon attacks, etc. this armor is supposed to be for everybody.

Would have a nice dark blue look to it, perhaps a unique graphic if there is one.
