This belt is mainly for the non-sorcs. It will be the best all round belt for PvM and PvP. It is used to kill this special character I really hate.

If Blizzard don't like my idea, they should change all +skill items to work normally as before, with the exception of them not working for Hammerdins (I cannot stess this point more!)

But I think the "Replenish Quantity" mod is overpowered. Indeed, keys drop very often, so with enough MF, you'll drop tons of Warriv's Locksplitters :lol: !

¹: This means any "castable" skill, the ones you have to click to activate. If there is a target, the target is the monster you hit (unless of course it is something like bone armor in which case the target is you). If there is no target (I.e. Revive but no monster on screen to be revived), it will do nothing. It is possible to have lots of minions at a time (valk, Shadow, Grizzly) but no more than a spirit, no more than one of each valk/shadow/etc and no more skeletons/revives than allowed by Lvl 45 skill.

²: This means any skill that you don't need to activate, like Mace Mastery, Warmth and Paladin Auras. An aura will override a previous one.

Imagine a simple change to shako: instead of +50% mf, assume that would be -100%. That wouldn't even have a real impact on playing, but some people might consider using other helmets instead already.

In a similar way, the uberest of the uber godly uniques are very powerful items --- why not make them "jealous" of each other? Wearing multiple pieces of these powerful items would be like wearing sets, except that they will become worse with each additional item you add...

You are asking for "balance" --- so, let's make sure people have to think in pros and cons when choosing their items. At the moment, they only need to consider pros... which items give more/better pros. Because of that, we now have a ton of uniques/set/rare items that nobody ever wears because they are not the absolutely best item of the type. Adding new uniques won't change that --- the new items will either be great, so everybody wants them. Or they suck, so nobody wants them.

I'm with you. Most of the guys in this thread are making up these godly items. I think it would be more fun to add a godly item with some undesriable effect. A cursed item. Maybe something that once you equip you cannot take off unless you die and destroy body (make lots of bodies).

This would be cool, a weapon/armor with stats like those above (to powerful) but keeps you permanetly amp (weakened, decripfy, etc) cursed while you wear it.

By the way, some runewords should have the first slot optional for gem placement. It must be a P-gem but any type you like. This would allow really cool colors and variety.

Might as well end this thread. It will never happen. Diablo is dieing and WoW is born.

About those cursed items: it would be interesting to have a powerful weapon that casts amplify damage on self when wielding, or any other curse. It would
be even possible to make, I think. Or "chance to cast cast a random curse when struck" or like the sacrifice-skill: damage to self 5% or something like that, etc.

I think it would be cool if the game would be more Tolkien-themed..

Wouldn't it be interesting if there would be only three Silmarils at one time?

The other qualities of it would be the unsocketing - could be done with specific items only, but not destroying the Silmaril. Like a Soj+ Any unique dagger-class item.
