¹: This means any "castable" skill, the ones you have to click to activate. If there is a target, the target is the monster you hit (unless of course it is something like bone armor in which case the target is you). If there is no target (I.e. Revive but no monster on screen to be revived), it will do nothing. It is possible to have lots of minions at a time (valk, Shadow, Grizzly) but no more than a spirit, no more than one of each valk/shadow/etc and no more skeletons/revives than allowed by Lvl 45 skill.
²: This means any skill that you don't need to activate, like Mace Mastery, Warmth and Paladin Auras. An aura will override a previous one.
