Why cant they both be borgs? It would make perfect sense.

One of them is the silencer. they see possible heat on them the last day (I recall some on Assrin) and decide, hey, lets BOTH be silenced tomorrow then we can both come clean. they are able to talk at night because they are Borgs and hash out this plan and expect us to believe them at face value which I have proven you can not necessarily do in this game
