How do I defeat Diablo? He kills me and my team in 1 hit.

Re: How do I defeat Diablo? He kills me and my team in 1 hit.

hi all.

I now have 11 points in fury, 9 in lycanthropy, 10 in werewolf, 9 in grizzly and 9 in dire wolf.

Which ones should I increase now?
I can say that fury is an excellent skill, my favourite actually. I do exeedingly high damage with 5 sucessive hits, which is awesome. I dont know if I should keep putting points in fury? Or do it to something else?

I have 900 life points, 120 mana points, 170 strenght, 120 vitality.

More to Fury. Max it out (20 points).

No more to Grizzly or Dire Wolf, ever.

Then, if you have trouble killing stuff, go for Heart of Wolverine (more damage and AR) & Werewolf (faster attack and AR).
If you have trouble staying alive, go for Lycanthropy.

(EDIT: well, that might be kind of strong. You could go for an interesting melee+summon hybrid here. But no more to Grizzly or Dire Wolf until you've maxed Fury and put a few more points into Werewolf, Lycanthropy and especially Heart of Wolverine.)

thankyou very much

Would it be against the forum rules to copy my save game data, send it to someone else on the forum, for them to view my account and make any changes or tell me if im on the right track etc?

Does anyone know if it is against forum rules?

While I don't think it's 100% against the rules, it is certainly not wise or required at all.

Plus, essojay is right in his recommendation of how to continue the build. Look at the Mat/Pat/Guardian stickied thread for Druids -> Furywolves and/or Summon wolves (both HC and SC sections.) This will give you the exact layout standard builds use in terms of skill and stat points, as well as general items, such as key weapon mods (damage, leach and speed,) armours (resists and life usually,) rings and amulets etc.
Standard builds (perfectly made stat/skill layouts for max damage/survival - usually called cookie cutters,) are not required to complete Hell difficulty, but they are the easiest. A mixed build is by all means doable, and sometimes more enjoyable, but can be more difficult.

I'd say that you have plenty in Grizzly, too much even. Points spent on summons should be in Dire Wolves (for summon life, regardless of whether you use direwolves or grizzly more) or HoW.

I don't like HoW for my own fury/summon druid, since he has maxed Fury (high +ed%) and uses a might merc (high +ed%). The damage bonuses from HoW get added with the bonuses from Fury, Might, and strength, so the the benefit isn't much.

Your summons shouldn't often have a hard time hitting the enemy, and points in Werewolf add a lot more AR for you than points in HoW, so I don't think it is worth it.

For AR, my druid uses the Angelic ring and ammy and some steel/sharp charms, so the % bonus from Fury alone is enough.

I would advise against putting points in HoW unless you really need more AR and you can't get it from items.
