That's a pretty lame reason to vote for me BPC. Your posts yesterday combined with that have led me to one inexorable conclusion:

Assuming I get the flip immediately, I'll share it unless there's some reason not to, in which case I'm sure some people will be so very suspicious of me for withholding information but I'll only withhold if it's info that would help team scum and I'd rather they didn't have it.

Claims need to be questioned, especially if they are odd. Trying to figure out if he is telling the truth is a good thing. Taking claims at face value is a very dangerous thing for a townie to do.
That is a very short explanation, especially for you. Explain why you used it on BPC, and why you used it now instead of later in the day.
Did you ask if you would get the flip immediately before you cast the spell?
IT felt like BPC was serious to me. Especially with his change of pace from yesterday focuing on Zokar to focus almost exclusively on Drixx today.
This really does seem like quite an overreaction, unless Drixx has info. And he isn't putting up his usual walls of text, which may be due to RL (I work in a university also, I know how the start of a semester goes) but it still seems strange to me. I am leaning towards granting BPC's final wish and voting for Drixx. Also I will eat his ice cream.

Oh, and my job is Black Mage, and I suspect rule #18 was added, at least in part, for me. I full well admit that my read was off (in hindsight) but when you have the ability to roast someone alive and you think you have a scum figured out, you roast them alive... just kind of made sense... until I read the flip.
I really really am though. Mafia is a team game and I hurt my team with that action. Also, BPC is a friend so misreading a friend and roasting him alive ... that's a pretty big faux paus I think.

This feels irresponsible and reckless to me.
It's an awfully extreme action to take, and based on what?
Now given that I myself have a terrible track record of letting real life drama influence mafia games, it's entirely possible that you were annoyed by students or something and took it out on BPC. I acknowledge that that is at least a possibility. I also acknowledge that I'm in opposite world here and pretty much everything I think is wrong. (Just like in real life! ZING!)
However, BPC didn't post all that much, nothing he posted leaped out at me, or anyone else for that matter, as being particularly scummy, and yet you took the most extreme action you could possibly take. I mean, unless there is resurrection in this game, you ain't coming back from a pile of ash. Maybe Bad Ash would, but not the rest of us.
