Won't five meals just make you think about food all day, though?
I want to post in newcomers' threads to welcome them, but I'm a newcomer myself, so it doesnt feel right (*old-timer impostor!! Attack! :banghead somehow... :crazyeyes:
the problem is from lack of carbs as i only had carbs for breakfast whereas i normally have them for every meal.
Once my body gets used to it i'll be fine as there is still plenty of eating to do. and it is 5 meals
