The difference in difficulty of Baal runs in NM compared to Hell is huge. No CB won't do the whole job, but it'll take you a long way :thumbsup:
I hope so. Remember that I am talking about p8 sp baalruns. If I will play with some of you, I probably won't have that much problems. Sure, I am more the support paladin, but I didn't choose zeal/conviction combo for nothing. I don't like vengeance and zeal should deal physical + elmental (weapon) damage and distribute the damage much faster than vengeance. Crushing blow is great and in terms of killing speed I can still cruise on p8. The problem is that I am still nightmare and hell is a thing on it's own. I will have to see, but if I can't do sp p8 hell baalruns in less than 100000 minutes (^^) then I won't ever reach a high level. Maybe I have to optimize something, dunno... :-/
Remember that Lister has a smite attack that is ITD. If you get surrounded and stun locked you're toast. But with redemption it'll be enough.
I didn't notice the stun lock very often... But... With redemption it will be enough? What do you mean? I first have to kill one of those bastards and the skill only works well, if there are many dead enemies...
The hell witches in Hell are a pain, they will kill your merc very quickly, and can do some serious damage to your character - Don't stand still, and have some full reju's at the ready.
Hm, probably. I should be able to kill them quickly because of LoH. I hope so... For now the problem was rather that they curse AD...
With the decrip, when the minions spawn run to the rear of the throne room, they'll follow you and you can kill them oustide the range of Baal's Decrip. (note: this won't work for the first 2 waves, so kill them at Baal's feet and use redemption to clean up the bodies so the minions cannot be resurrected).
Yeah, I realized that already. But it was late at night and you need to be close enough that they follow you, what I wasn't all the time. Thanks! Also, I noticed that if you just run to the rear of the throne room and they follow you, it isn't difficult to split them up and take them out 1 by 1 (also if you hide after a corner).:thumbsup:
As above: Use redemption to 'leech' back life and mana, a raven frost will help here with it's CBF mod.
CBF is already on my duriel's shell.
Also, I think I need my dual leechers. Btw, my nosferatu's coil has 6% ll, too, that means that I have 20% lifeleech. It would be 7% in hell...
My second, but still my highest rune. I haven't been lucky with hell hellforge, yet. Maybe with this character...
