Just to add, I went to sweet Phil's stream and he just tested I'd you could simply change your computer clock to match up with the terror zone of choice and it worked.

Not sure how the terror zone mechanics work yet but it looks like you can game the system to dial in the zone of choice and the character of choice based on that.

First one (Travincal):

I had to learn the hard way that fohdins aren't good at terrorized Travincal. The zealots don't flee from you, like they usually do after the Travincal quest is finished, and zealots are animal class, so holy bolts won't affect them.

At the second run at terrorized Travincal, he ran into Councils with a fanaticism aura with a hierophant boss and zealot minons were near. I thought "Well, the holy bolts will surely kill them", but they didn't, of course so he died, for the first time for quite a long time, with no chance at recovering the corpse. He's L95, so the XP loss hurt an extra bit. I switched to my fana-zealot, my usual Travincal character, but with less MF. He found the charm above BTW.

Half an hour later (Black Marsh/Hole):

OMG, WHAT'S THAT?

I think I've never found or cubed a 41+ life skiller ever before (best one was lightning/37 IIRC), and the first one is a pcombat one right away! Only Baal GCs can be like that, but well, now Baal GCs are abundant, aren't they? Before I identified it, I was even disappointed because it was magical, but that one is way more valuable than any sunder charm!

5 months to get the first one, and now I got the second from the first few runs of Terrorized Andariel, only month after that! The roll isn't great, but I think I will Larzuk it and throw an IAS jewel there anyway, for my javazon to use.

Tried out the Terror Zones today, it certainly helps train you to focus on what's important.

I re-outfitted one of my weaker characters, the Hammerdin, and went to work. After champion boss pack sniping for a little while I get this:

I'm still processing where the Physical Immunity Sunder Charm fits in game effectiveness ... but at least I got one lol.
 
Found a couple of Sunder Charms, but honestly, this looks even weirder to me: Windforce off Corpsefire.

I'm liking the idea that this game is encouraging me to change areas to "farm" hour by hour. It's kinda stretching the freshness of the game. I was getting bored grinding pits/pindle/etc for the remaining items in my grail.

Exactly this. I'm also forcing myself to use more characters, too. So I've added my lit sorc and my fire druid to my hammerdin / javazon rotations.
 
Totally agree @bill_n_opus and @Arparrabiosa ! Playing TZs has been really refreshing. I usually spend time more time questing new characters than I do farming with end-game characters, to keep the game fresh and have more variety. TZs have given new purpose to several of my Mat/Pat characters that weren't the best fit for the usual farming spots. It's really fun taking different builds into all these "off the beaten path" spots that can get Terrorized.
