Whoah. Jafrick. Everytime a mancatcher drops I still pick it up for you.

Hey guys--
I'm back at my parents' house for the holidays and found my D2 CDs buried in my old desk, so I decided to reinstall and play around a bit. I've got a level 16 sorc and I'm slowly but surely soloing my way through the game the good old fashioned way.
Not sure how long I'll play (until I get bored I guess is the answer), but if anyone is on and has a character that would want to play with me shoot me a message at *draogan.

I have also reinstalled and started crawling through the game with a couple friends I dragged back into playing. I will be popping into the channel as well from time to time to see who is on and maybe strike up a game.

Hey all--
so my sorcy has grown to 76 (yay!) and I haven't been deeded yet, despite a few close calls. That said, I'm building her as a single element sorc (a la the Orb/TK low-gear MF build) so that she can hopefully help me MF for some of my other chars -- but being a single element makes Hell essentially impossible, since even at 76 my merc can't kill a lot of things before they regen.
Does anyone have a char in A1 Hell who would like to walk through to A3 with me? Alternately, would anyone be willing to rush me to A3 / mephisto? I don't have a ton for trade, but I could make it worth your while in gems/runes/gear most likely. PM/post/whisper *draogan and let me know.

Hey whats going on? I recently got anxious waiting for D3 so I dug out the old D2 discs and started playing my first hardcore us east char ever. I've been soloing a bowzon and have made it to level 27 with minimal close calls. Just got past Mephisto for the first time last night. I'm not the best builder and I dont hack, not sure if I'm interested in PvP yet, just play for the entertainment (and loot of course!) Looking to get into some parties and crush some demons. I'll try to get on the xbananax channel tonight! Think my zon is "LunaDoggeh"

Played a little last night, but no one showed up in the channel. I've convinced a few friends to start playing again. Found a unique helm last night called tarnhelm with +40% MF and +1 all skills.

So the Channel is just "xbananax" right? Haven't seen a soul in there yet, and I've checked every time I've logged in (do Avatar's stay in the channel even if the player is in game, can't remember?)
Me and 2 other buddies got bit by the nostalgia bug after growing bored with the D3 beta. We're trying to playing through the entire game, slow and steady, no rushing - US East Hardcore Ladder. Never played HC before, but figured it would be more fun.
Just finished act 2 last night, we're all in our early lvl 20's. Can't wait to die to some flayers like old times. Hope to meet some folks along the way.

The channel is "op xbananax" -- not just xbananax. I couldn't tell you why that's true, except I think a long time ago the "op" was required to make it a private channel, or something? Anyway, you should see a few players (and the bot, most of the time) in the op xbananax channel during the peak hours.
Avatars do not stay in the channel while players are in-game, so most of those in the channel are usually AFK for a minute -- that said, a lot of folks (myself included) pop in and out every once in a while. Good luck with A3 and shoot me a message (*draogan) if you need any help.

ahh, thats why i havnt seen anyone in it either i guess. I've started another bowazon and im slowly picking my way through. Lost my last bowie due to my impatience and lack of resistances. I'll be on tonight!
