Sick, esp. the dual dreams! How does one control the results of a roll? I've heard people refer to nulio's knowledge about rolls in the past, but I was under the impression it was a bit random.
 
Superstitions and hokey religions might not be a match for a good blaster, but they seem to help with runeword rolls.
 
Having some other trusted member do the rolling for your high-end items used to be the norm to prevent accusations of cheating on account of an insane roll. Even beyond that, some people believe themselves to have bad luck with rolls and therefore choose to let other people roll their high-end items hoping for other's good luck to mitigate their bad luck. Considering nulio is widely considered one of the, if the not the actual, luckiest people around I think you can understand why people would lean towards letting him roll things.

Rolls are random.
 
Rolls are random unless nulio is doing the rolling, frozzzen is in the room, and Fabian is going to be annoyed to any extent by a high end result.
