Try a Tir-Ist-Fal Jared's Stone Please
Please forgive the new kid's ramblings, I was thinking about sorc orbs today. My brain produced the following ideas.
1. I'm bettin' that there's a 3-socket Sorc Orb Runeword out there. 3-OS being the "best" or "rarest" orbs (so to speak).
2. I started thinking about which runes, when put in weapons, don't have modifiers based on actually striking your enemy -- Not a lot of people go around whacking things with their Occys, I've noticed. These are the runes that would seem most appropriate for placing in a sorceress's orb. Runes that seem to fit that description: Tir Hel Io Lum Ko Fal Lem Ist
3. I started looking at those runes, and Tir-Ist-Fal jumped out at me. It's on the "Warcraft Clues" page, and nobody seems to have tried it yet. I googled Tirisfal (I don't play WC3 or WoW) and it seems like a pretty magical place.
4. I don't have an Ist. If anyone thinks my logic is sound and would like to produce what will most likely turn out to be a gemmed Jared's Stone, I implore you to do so. At the worst, you'll have a Jared's Stone with +2 mana per kill, +30 MF, and +10 Strength.
5. If I get an ist anytime before someone says that this failed or worked, I'll give it a shot and let y'all know; but I'm pretty poor these days (Hardcore Death is a bummer sometimes).
Sincerely,
Kurt Young
