Mausoleum/crypt, Pindle, Shenk/Eldrich, Meph, Countess, NM Andy, LK. Those are some reasonable possibilities at least. But really not nearly as good as roasting chestnuts with of course.

I work with people who never take breaks and who all use standing desks, and what does that tell us, boys and girls? THEY CAN ALL SEE MY SCREEN ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE STANDING UP LIKE IDIOTS.

Solution? Maybe I should get a standing desk. Maybe I should take breaks? Maybe I should stop caring about what other people think? Why don't they take breaks? They are all super young *cough cough* so maybe they just haven't burned out yet. It's so weird to be working with so many people who are a) planning weddings b) pregnant for the first time c) not having huge horrible personal crises of the sort that kestegs is now apparently wading hip-deep into despite his best efforts to steer the boat away from that particular destination.

They were supportive etc. while I was going through the worst of it. No one commented when I would weep silently at my monitor or vanish for long lawyerly phone calls. They do have this horrible "you can't work from home" policy which sticks it right to the one and only single mom in the office. "Yeah, you have to pick up your kid - you can take that time at your own expense if you like, and if there's a fire at work we'll just make you feel guilty because you weren't there to fix it. Oh, and we'll make all our visitors use Airbnb which is so professional that it has people texting you at midnight, but HUSH because you're not supposed to be working then." So these days I just make up doctors' appointments for me or the kid if I need to pick him up early from school.

I could rant on and on but I'm sure someone will walk past or glance this way and I'll be caught RED-HANDED on this RED SCREEN and then I'll be JUDGED VICIOUSLY. Like that hasn't happened before.

Count your friends, kestegs, and take note of who is all super judgy. And you're a Christian too, so you'll get it from places you least expect. My ex got my church and I haven't been compensated for that yet.

*stuffs rag in mouth to attempt to at least reduce rant to muffled gurgles*
 
Sounds like a tough environment to be in, sorry for that. I haven't encountered any judgy people yet, but I'm sure it'll come. But I haven't told a lot of people yet. And to be honest I don't give a **** what they think, or at least that's what I'm telling myself...

Back in the day pals used to be able to change the color of the site skin to make it blend better, that was nice.

Hmm, i have heard about (usually) women getting the house. I think this is a first that i've heard that the man gets a church in a divorce. Or a woman for that matter.

Also i've had some more 'free' time at work last week. So i did another bit of studying. Just took the exam and the preliminary result is another pass. If it becomes final that's what, my 4th certificate this year? Yay me!
 
I can drink any type of sarsaparilla/root beer, I can even stomach a good chinotto but I draw the line at Dr Pepper. It is the very definition of unpalatable!
