Was going to say that the Enchantress I recently made that pushed for a ton of physical damage could have used it, though a few charms could yield plus 3 fire skills and 11 min dmg, so I guess most people would put something in the ammy slot that one couldn't get elsewhere.

I've got enough nice charms from years of LK/mf runs/whatever that I was hoping the PSkulls recipe would end up more profitable than a couple of likely-to-come-up-short charm rerolls... it could've been worse, but it could've been better too. 50 imbue quests / rare Diadem rerolls with PSkulls produced:
353 crafted caster amulets (in no particular order):
170 Blood Belts:
108 Blood Gloves:
In crafting projects past I've got bored/sick of rerolls at this point, so I had a lot more PTopaz, PEmerald, PSapphire & PDiamonds left over from those projects. Hence the higher number of (701) charm rerolls compared to crafts. BTW, the first ~40% of my pgems produced the first 2 charms
, but fortunately the results came around very nicely in the end:
After that I had almost 100M stuck in my GoMule bank, so I decided to extend the project to 100M gambling too.
Finally, the creme de la creme... not as kick-butt as I hoped, but imo this was the best of the best from the whole project:
