The Arcanna's Set is somewhat designed for a Sorceress, but even with the full set it would only be useful for one early on in the game. It does have a nice blue color scheme though.

These are the stats for the set in Diablo II Expansion Pack: Lord of Destruction, where there are partial set bonuses and hidden item bonuses.

Not a bad set, with a pretty blue color scheme, and a few items of use on their own.  Arcanna's total set bonus isn't bad, with the Fastest Cast as well as a decent +mana bonus, but you can easily exceed those bonuses with four good replacement items, so this one has no real long term use, especially since not using a shield is such a good way to get killed.
