I strongly disagree with your lynch idea Feysal. The main point in the mafia game is the voting. The only thing I would suggest is that the person with most votes, gets lynched and keep the locking method (half+1).

And I thought the mechanic would be interesting to try. It would certainly encourage voting.
Another system I thought about would be to eliminate the locking of lynches. This would encourage voting as well. Even when someone had enough votes to lynch, someone could change his mind at the last moment and cause a no lynch, so adding extra votes beyond what was necessary would be worthwhile. And of course the no lynch - no night actions rule would still be there, and that alone could encourage people to lynch.

(i do love Robot Chicken. it's one of my fave shows. >.> don't get me talking about animations or cartoons because i will yak your ear off! and i might eat it too.)
well.... i emailed you recently about that. all i want to say is to just duke it out with Ankeli or TC and we'll all figure it out from there.

Yeah... Did you save all those planning emails? I've deleted them (Since I wasn't going to be in country now... :crazyeyes: )

I should probably not host the next game. We're replacing 2 servers and updating our entire workflow system (3 years overdue...) and I don't want to miss anything. Once everything is updated and I make sure this site is still unblocked (the IT guy hates me, so... Who knows) I'll have the game ready by then
