GG Vega, DX and Aman. That is indeed a nice piece of armour. I look forward to seeing a bounty of lower level Runewords when you finish with the Lo's. I'm sure you'll have plenty of lower level runes left.
On a separate note, I'm impressed with how reasonable the discussion stayed. This thread is long, but the posts are at least sensible and discersive, rather than a witch hunt/flaming session. (At times it looked like it was going to degenerate.)

What weapon are you using? Based on the 200-2000 additional damage, I'd estimate your base weapon damage in the 65-650 range (some uber rare polearm?).
Btw, anyone else find the 25% FCR on Fortitude a little odd considering that it's purely a melee armor?

I'm very drawn into Final Fantasy VII at the moment, and I'm looking to play VIII and IX straight afterwards, then Half-Life 2 (finally), and then I'm determined to finally watch Evangelion. Why Fortitude? I thought you were aiming for Grief (that's what I would do if I ever found Lo).

BTW, does anyone know how NV damage calculates? I know it isn't shown on your character screen, but I can't find it mentioned anywhere in the formulas on Arreat Summit
Grief craps all over the other one handers out there in terms of damage. Death is like a watered down BotD, and BotD loses out to Grief in terms of average damage by a wide margin. Only reason not to always use Grief as a one hander is if you need a super fast weapon (wolfbarbs and fireclaws/fury druids).

You are right, my lancer is using an eth hone sundan, at 181% ED, which makes it a 95-691 dmg weapon, quite close to your guess
@thirty, don't worry my friend, it will come back to your when you are done with all those other games (and btw, FFVII has always been my fave FF game). then we can play together again
As for the grief part, if I will see that Death or Oath in ethereal zerkers aint working as well as I want it to, I will simply convince DX that we need to do a "couple more" HF runs, don't worry about me :lol:

As for the guys who said that after we get the three, we'll want another 3 for Grief's, and Dune, that said I was nuts for thinking Death is better than Grief....
Well after a little bit more testing with DX's Grief PB (yeah, the rich bastard had one before this project even started!), I came to the conclusion that it definitely IS the best one hander in the game (dont know about botd, but this is SP)
Tried comparing my eth oath zerker to a grief PB, and ... it cant be compared
I think that I will actually start working on a 1.09 rusher of my own, so I will be able to do some rushes myself and not have to rely on DX all the time.
This, of course, doesnt mean I will stop rushing with him, to get another 2 Lo's for him and aman
