As to the Never stamps, I'm guessing that it was a backup copy of the forums, there were a couple of times that the forums themselves were moved to a seperate server while still being on another server. Hence two forums, one with content and one not so.

we also had the 2004 burning of the archives, that was a fun one

tons of threads you couldnt click on because their contents were wiped out

there was a fun post apocalyptic haze
