These Stickies are Made for Reading Thread - Summer 2007 i

The only things I got during Hallow's End was some candy corn, a lolipop, some chocolate, a couple of wands, three class masks, and turned into either a spirit orb thingie and a skeleton a few times.

Edit: Ow! Wandering off into the Wetlands at level 12 was not such a good idea... A dinosaur thingie with ?? as a level killed me in two hits. I wasn't anywhere near it and it charged me so fast I couldn't move! Time to go recover my corpse...

Edit again: Stealth doesn't work when trying to go past them...

That's a mid 20's zone.

Stealth won't work because they are more than 10 levels higher than you.

The Tricky Treats come from the Headless Horseman event that was in SM.

Remember what i told you about how aggro works?

When the level difference between you and a mob is greater with the mob being higher leveled ...they will come running at you from more of a distance. Your aggro radius in Wetlands compared to level 20 somethings is still pretty big.

That's a common thing in Wetlands too .. Most people use it as a route to get low level Night Elves to the Human areas, I've done it myself. Died 4 times along the way. Of course this does not count a bunch of drunken naked level 1 and 2 gnomes that ran through there for the hell of it on their way to Origrimmar. Drunk raid you know.

Yeah, I need to get my rogue to Stormwind. I was with a couple of people in a Deadmines run tonight, finally got the mage to level 20 - only to find out afterwards that the next level for her enchanting is in some place called Ulda...

one question, whats that item that turns you into a skeleton? and im seriously wondering what a lvl 1's threat radius would be in Hyjal or Karazhan...
oh and i nearly killed my friend's lvl 70 fully tier 6'd char with a lvl 20

I have no idea what you just said.

Orb of Deception turns you into a member of the opposing faction, mine turns me into an undead with a witch hat.

Yeah Artisan Enchanting can be done as of level 35, and you need to go into the Uldaman Instance and visit Annora.

Annora <Master Enchanter> is a friendly level 54 human and is the only master enchanting trainer in Azeroth. She lives most inconveniently in the Uldaman instance beyond a crowd of scorpids.

She only trains recipes up to skill 295, so no need to visit her again if you were at 295 or higher and took all the recipes. Annora will spawn when the scorpids in her room are dead. No other mobs in the zone must be dead.

World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Most Burning Crusade players can skip Annora, and train instead with a trainer in Shattrath city, Enchantress Volali. However, if you have a less than neutral reputation with Scryers, either because you are Draenei, or have already allied with Aldor, you have no choice but to use this trainer from levels 225-275.

At least three recipes are not taught by the trainers in Outland: Enchant Bracers - Greater Intellect, Enchant Cloak - Greater Resistance, Enchant Gloves - Greater Strength. A GM confirmed this to be no bug, it was done intentionally.

Before you go

* The level minimum is 35, before that level you cannot purchase artisan enchanting (or some other artisan professions).
* Bring a mage, warlock, or paladin for the AoE spells in order to kill the multitudes of scorpids.

And also bring:

Vision Dust ........................90
Dream Dust .......................20
Lesser Nether Essence.........20
Greater Nether Essence.......10
Runed Truesilver Rod...........1

meh, mongoose+battlemaster on a high crit rogue is crazy...
and Karazhan and Hyjal are 2 of the instances you have to do before attuning to Black Temple.
