Campbell's soups now contain MSG, they were not made with MSG up until recently.

I remember reading something about that before a very long time ago. I don't think that's what's causing the headaches. They are much more than simple headaches, most of the time becoming migraines if I don't take anything for it soon enough.

Yeah I may be nothing to you, but to some people ...MGS has to be avoided completely. All depends on you, and your genetics.
