That's why I don't like anything wireless, be it keyboard, mouse, or controller.

I know its a wireless. I meant what brand of mouse.

I'll read them again before the game starts if it does.

I don't have anything wireless either. Although the wireless concept is a good one.

I'm off to hockey now.

Did anyone else think this was a slow weekend on the forums?

I think most of them really. My brains were the shape of a ? when I read the rules - I mean - how are you supposed to post anything without risking getting killed? I must admit I didn't read them a 2nd time :embarassed:.

Btw. where have you been hiding Lynn? The OT thread down under isn't the same when you're not posting. I bet you just posted there to get that award didn't you :hide: ?



 
My scroll button still doesn't work. :rant: I tried reinstalling the drivers, and restarting the computer. I even unplugged it and plugged it back in to see if that helped, and nothing worked. I guess I'll be getting a new mouse today. *sigh*

Dang, busted. :hide: I'm kidding. I've spent most of the weekend playing *crowbar swings* and WoW, so I haven't been online much. Trying to catch up a few characters since I've been neglecting them lately. :tongue:

I use wireless x2 (one for each computer) and it works great. Since Logitech made the mouse rechargeble, the battery issue isn't an issue :grin:

If you want great control, use the Laser versions of the optical mouse :thumbsup:

Using non-wireless keyboard and mouse is sooo 80'ies :jig:

No kidding... Have they started evacuations where you're at, or are the fires not close enough yet?


I saw pictures on CNN this morning of Malibu burning to the ground, and that another one has crossed San Diego city limits this morning.



 
No evacuations yet for the university, but the air outside my apartment smells charred, and there's smoke blown in from the fires. The air quality has gotten significantly worse from yesterday, so I'm guessing the fire has managed to creep a bit closer.
 
That doesnt sound good, is it forest fires or something? I haven't heard anything about it...
 
More like brushfires. They spark up every year around this time, when summer's heat dried up everything and autumn's winds are starting to fan the flames. It's especially bad this fire season though; there's about a dozen separate fires burning right now throughout the southland.
 
major brushfires all over the state, I got evacuated last night, the embers were reaching us and the smoke was too thick to stay

worst fire we've had in this area, the fires are in bad locations, hitting alot of homes, the wind was nasty and the flames jumped all over the place

I'll be ****ed if they decide to evacuate the university, 'cause I have no place to go.
 
I heard about it on the news, it sounds aweful! Hopefully it doesn't get any closer to you guys and girls down there and they get it under control somehow.
 
I don't think they'll get it under control anytime soon. There's a dozen fires burning throughout the south. The authorities have told us to just remain inside the university campus. The campus is actually one of the safest places to be during a time like this; it has a pretty high priority when it comes to places that need protection.

It looks like I'll be stuck here for a while though; all of the major freeways in the area have been shut down.
