i don't watch NCIS. too cheesy for me. i prefer CSI over NCIS because while CSI had some character development and you got to know them well, i feel NCIS puts more focus on that than the actual crime or plot of the show. i dunno, just my opinion. and it just came off as kinda cheesy to me. esp. the first time i watched it. wasn't feeling it much.
