just wanted to say that i am an amazing cook. i made chicken alfredo with spinach (that's called florintine, yes?) last night and it was so good. i think i am more proud at the fact we had Little Painter over and he was impressed that, not only i made my alfredo from scratch but that it was also VERY good (he's a little cook/"chef" as well).

and he had no idea i could cook. hehe! I'M AAAWWWEEEEESSSOOOOOMMMMEEEE!!!!!!!!!

I love to cook. I've recently begun "contributing" at a cooking forum, which has some fun threads. Someone started a thread on whether drinking raw milk is healthy or not. I responded, "You haven't lived until you've suckled at a stray dog's teat." I don't think they're quite sure what to make of me yet.

I find that when given a recipe, I can follow it and it's very good. But, I HATE to cook. I just would rather do too many other things.

i actually like to cook now. could i do it as a career? HELL TO THE NO. i've worked in enough restaurants to know that cooking as a profession is stressful and i would hate it. cooking for myself and the company of others is quite alright.

and i like to impress people, so... yay! :D

and cooking dinner is so easy!! you can screw up but can still fix it or just go with the flow (like i always do) and make it still work. desserts not so much. everything has to be exact and precise. nah, i'll let someone else make the complicated desserts. i'll stick with dinner and salads. ;)

just as long as the boost is longer than 3 seconds and the cool down is less than 60 secs (meteor shower *shudder*) , I could always get a 'leopold stotch's boosts last 15% longer' mods
