1) lynch logout
- if he flips listener we go for thefrank
- if he flips mafia then we leave frank alone
2) lynch thefrank
- if he flips mafia we still have a listener
- if he flips a non killing ability then we lynch logout
This is where we are. I understand the reasoning, but I don't understand how this can be the
only option.
I do agree that my listening results yesterday were detrimental to town. The same thing can happen today. I'm reluctant to post my results, only because of the trainwreck it caused yesterday. Walk me through this thought process.
Assuming that I am aligned with the mafia means this, if I understand your logic: I am aligned with the Mafia, leaked listening results to turn the town against thefranklin in order to score a free town kill. Assuming that mafia are a minority in this game, this means that Mafia decided to get into this play exchanging the
chance at a town kill for the almost certain lynch of me the next day. I also assume this means that if there are any powers in place to prevent me from being lynched, those powers will surely be on me for a long time. So the assumption that I am working with the Mafia is absurd, because, at least to me, if I follow that logically past the first "free" town kill, this cripples the mafia for the rest/a major part of the game, as town will invariably turn against me, as is the case. Assuming, again, that mafia are the minority here, I don't see how they have the manpower to devote to keeping me around after the first successful townie lynch.
Does it seem logical that the mafia would almost certainly exchange the life of one of their own for the CHANCE at a kill against a townie?
I have to live with thefranklin's death on my conscious. My results are worthless. At least yesterday's results were. So at best, I am now a vanilla townie. And that's assuming that somehow, I prove to you that I am town. Here're some facts:
-Mafia
know that I am
not Mafia.
-Town aligned players
assume (at least the majority do) that I am Mafia, or at least, working with/for the Mafia.
-My results (whether faked/altered/whatever) led to the lynching of a Town Watcher.
So, instead of choosing to ignore my results from this point on, or at least take them with a grain of salt, you are choosing as a whole to lynch me, on the chance that I am not a Townie. Your assumption that I am mafia doesn't make sense, and the inevitable lynching of me makes less sense. There are steps between my results leading to the lynch of a townie and the conclusion that I must burn at the stake.
Is there any way I can prove my loyalty to town?
My actions led to thefranklin's death. My intentions were not that. Again, I have to take this to my grave.
Can we please not repeat the last second thing today?[SUP]1[/SUP] This looks an awful lot like Logoutzero is scum and his teammates helped him put together a claim that would potentially allow them to take out at least one townie without getting lynched for it.[SUP]2[/SUP] I'd have much rather seen Logout's flip yesterday than thefranklin but it looked like people were going the other way at the last second.
Also, I seem to have remembered what I forgot. That's good news at least.[SUP]3[/SUP]
1.) I agree with this. Last minute feels emotional, which by definition, is irrational.
2.) See my response to Jcakes' plan for my thoughts on this. I don't see the mafia exchanging the inevitable lynching of one of their own for the
chance at a townie lynch. This doesn't seem logical to me.
3.) Congratulations? What is it that you forgot?
Did you all really not look at logoutzeros claim? Seriously? Please do it now and compare it to your pm.
I'm a Glory Hauler. Shame I wasn't atound yesterday. I had a whole lot of things to say most of which I will probably say later today. After having slept. And after coffee.
Where are you going with this? What part of my claim does not jive well with your PM? Which I assume you mean role PM?
