To be honest, it's not really that important. You could pick up a rare ring with resists to help on that end, or some mana leech to help when you get drained and don't have mana for smite or whatnot. But it's not overly important. I just stuck a BK there because I was too lazy to find anything else.
And skillers/life charms are not needed at all. I wouldn't bother with them if all you're doing is pvm (even ubers).

Haha just did my first run at lvl84 and it was overkill. Took less than 90 seconds AND I forgot to use sanc on meph yet had to take 0 pots except for 1 mana on baal.
Got a 10/20 sin torch for my efforts though >_<
Just key ran as well and hardest one was Izzy because first time I charged to him (skill) and left all his minions behind. Bad idea because even with lifetap and all the second he died and before i could switch to zeal all his minion got me. Just quit and rejoined then walked there with zeal and easily picked up the organ.

Congrats on the kills. It's pretty straightforward, and in your setup now it's pretty high-percentage. Once in a while Meph will do something ridiculous before Life Tap triggers, which will be annoying. But if you can stomach those, then you're fine as is

Thanks. Recorded one video of it just to time how long it took and ended up with 63 seconds from the time I hit meph and the time diablo fell.
And yeah, my second time meph, D, and Baal were all in the same place right by the portal so it took me a good two minutes to fight my way through to them. I don't know how you would do it without zeal if that happened.
Lifetap seems unnecessary for me, I recover so much from leaching in normal equipment that the amount I lose is replaced even without lifetap. Or I'm just blind and don't actually realize it tirggered XP

Well, Smite doesn't trigger life/mana leech... so unless you're Zealing a bunch, Life Tap is what's keeping you alive. Also, Meph is immune to leech altogether (except from Life Tap!), so... Life tap is keeping you alive. Try it without it, it'll hurt. 
You can always separate them by running around the outside instead of running straight into the center.

I know that, managed it the first time but this time meph got blocked by his own summons, D was in a house next to meph, and Baal teleported on top of meph (I didn't notice him till I tried to run to D and he was in my way!) so it didn't work XP. Anyways it turned out fine, it would be much harder without their minions and just more attack from them cause I could switch to zeal and life leach from them if I didn't have life tap...
Meh. I guess I'm just surprised at how easy it was XP
Now I can finally fund a decent hammerdin or some interesting/unique builds. My light sorc mf'ed fine but never found anything (besides keys) to fund my chars.

As long as you have Life Tap, some CB, and enough resist, anything will work. The only difference is the speed, which is what the higher end gear offers. If you're aiming to do a few runs, almost anything will work. But if you're looking for some organ converting machine, you might look into some higher end equipment.

I did UB 2 times now..
I am having a hard time doing them actually..
its like that Life Tap actually never pops up, i need to use all my full reju potions when i try to take down meph, the other to are easily done, but meph is doing too much dmg too fast, life tap isnt working for me somehow :/
The gear i use is :
Helm- Guillaum's Face
Armor- Fortitude ( dusk Shroud )
Weapon- Grief ( phase blade )
Shield - Sanctuary ( Sacred Targe )
Belt- Credendum
Boots- Gore Riders
Gloves- Dracula's Grasp,
Amulet- Maras
Ring 1- Raven Frost
Ring 2- Carrion Wind
Got a grand charm 14* all ress
and pala t

Well first replace that belt with a t-gods. 90 light res and light absorb saves your *** against meph. If you are still dying before life tap triggers (it honestly should take seconds despite you only having a 5% chance to cast) I suggest buy a wand with life tap charges so you get a guaranteed cast.
Second, switch out that credendum ring for either bul's (for life), SOJ (for mana), or a Wisp Projector (light absorb if you don't want a t-gods belt).
Don't forget to BO, it is alway helpful.
And finally are you attacking them all at once, or leading them out one at a time? If you can survive all at once do so because that means you don't have to wait for life tap to trigger 3 times, as the first time it casts it will get all three of them.
Also what are your stats in str, dec, vit, and mana? What is your total life after BO and do you have max block?
The hardest part for me is getting uber izzy killed (I buy keys b/c they are cheaper) as I always get IM in the middle of zeal and 1 hit KO myself because of the insane damage done by grief.
Because my pally with a similar setup (go back a page or two) can solo the Ubers without leading them out, in an 8 person game. It takes awhile longer because of their higher life, but I still don't die.

i am aiming to get a torch the whole time that i can trade for a ist or something like that, so i can get another UT try, some point i am getting a pala t with a high value

you just need more basic life to with stand couple of hits before leeching everything back. ask friendly barb to give bo, or dual log to bo your self. much cheaper then cta and higher bo. ( 2 sticks, 1 amulet boosts your bo to level 30 already ( with BC ) )

quick account switch ( when you have multiple users on 1pc, switch users but you have to have 2 cd keys ) vm ware, and other program that lets you to do it. check hardcore threads, it should be on 1st page.
