Don't worry, I didn't take it as offensive or anything, I would normally be on the same page as you for speeding up the process if everyone is ready. I normally won't be this slow, I just already had a tournament barb in act 2 that I have been putting off playing, that's the only reason he hasn't finished yet.

SWITCHES
You may send your character to the next player as soon as you are ready, and you *must* send your character by the deadline (January 23rd).
IMPORTANT: You may not look at your Act 3 character until you have sent your Act 2 character to the next player.
If you have sent your act 2 char forward, and received your new character, you may begin at will. If you do not receive your act 3 character by midnight eastern standard time on the 23rd, PM me.
We have our first lucky contestant... Thomh gets to keep his act 2 character for act 3. Whether that's a good thing, only he will know. It will be interesting to see if anyone has their act 1 character back... (way too lazy to investigate it myself...).

@Brak: earlier WoRG asked if rerolled his Countess map by opening a TCP/IP game was OK and Skunkbelly said no problem. So that may be helpful for improving your LK map if you want.
