Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Pin my identity?

Naw ..... I'll keep it myself.

I'm quite driven to keep it intact.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I like this post a lot and it also gels with my own initial read of Gorny - which I won't publicise so early in the game.

Well I'm not sure what to make of this statement....

I think some have wondered off into the realms of percentages this, that and the other - muddying the waters perhaps

Its one of the following actions

1) No NK order sent - this has happened before, think it was when I was diablo in the diablo themed game we had a person none responsive as baal so we waited and waited finally I thought Meph (cannot remember who it was) sent the NK order and he thought I did result = zero NK. So its not as unlikely as you think.

2) We saw a doctor save - Lucky guess if true - very remote chance as numbers don't lie.

3) We saw a busdriver or other role in this game intervene - same reasoning as above

4) Slight play on 1 - No NK on purpose to try and root out some key roles - with slips ups, if the mafia can slip up (see noodle last game) so can the power roles on the first day this game . Is this a worthwhile strategy from my point of view no but to the mafia players....

After the end of the last game I went through some of the thread of the mafia that game and it was an interesting read on tactics - e.g. Noodle backing me up knowing full well I was town so if the lynch on me succeeded who then looks like a golden townie. Also they were quite skilled on backing away from their own without looking like they were backing away!

I picked up a few other things from it that I can look out for call it traits if you will....

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

OK, no claims of any sort made at this point, soft or otherwise. Thanks for clarifying.

So, anything you've provided so far is in the nature of disinformation, is that right?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

I refer the honourable Gorny back to the question I raised a moment ago!

You got a licence for that greyhound, btw?

Hey, that could have worked!

I initially had Gorny as likely townie, but he seems to be trying to confuse rather than illuminate. Seems suspicious to me.

Negative Ghostrider, the pattern is full.

@Noodle-

You know me well enough, and you're still alive to boot.

@LoZ, that's the first time you raised that particular question. Trying to prod for more?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

But did you really think it was a good idea? Say you found five people who hadn't logged in since the night started. You'd willing to say four, if not all, people were mafia who didn't log in after they already read their PM saying that they're mafia?

It wouldn't have been enough to incriminate by a long shot, but i would have definitely kept an eye out for them.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

For the benefit of the studio audience - soft claiming on Day 1 when under no particular pressure is not a sound townie policy, especially for an experienced player, so I feel OK, obligated actually, to probe.

Gorny, you never answered my first question to you so why is my latest question such an issue?

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Care to re ask said question Loz?

I believe I answered them all, unless I missed one.

Re: Ravenwood Retreat Mafia Game.

Vote counts should be up to date, just 30 minutes past the halfway point for the day phase.
