man, it's weird how stuff goes around. i am just now listening to the audio book of The Restaurant at the End of the Universe. i now know where Zarniwoop's forum name comes from.

yes i know i should have read this series eons ago, but i was sheltered. i read like a madman when i was younger and science fiction was one of my favorites, but i just never picked it up. i tried to stay away from what i saw as series that were too long while at the same time buying over 40 books of the star wars series.

Get the BBC Radio Tapes, Books sold better but those where the best.

Only the bolded mods are good. The ammy has no stats, no life, no mana, no fcr (though it should have at least 19 fcr to hit the fastest breakpoint on a druid). Just sorry to disappoint you, but that ammy is not really that great :)

Horribly beaten by a 6-socketed crystal sword with 15max jewels in it, because:
- Crystal requires 4 less strength
- Crystal is one-handed for any class
- Level req would be one less (unless you screwed up by socketing something else than "Jewel of Carnage")
- Damage would be more than double that of your rare

anyway here is another one i just found. seems great for lvl 26

This thread is about just that :)
However they need to be of a certain quality for their level - otherwise this thread will be a long and boring read, sifting through countless of uninteresting rares.
For instance the one you just posted - at level 26 you will be able to spawn much better affixes with much better stats than your sword has. The point of this thread is to make other players go 'wow' :). This link to Arreat Summit will show you the affixes able to spawn on any item - if your item has multiple desirable affixes (ie. not 1 or 2) with high-end stats then feel free to post it. If it dosen't - well then odds are that most (if not all) watching this thread has owned something alot better themselves and will just snicker at your posting.

Oh and a picture instead of text, please :)

I didn't mean to insult you in any way. I just wanted to let you know how this thread works. It's a great place to see some of the truly remarkable items able to spawn in diablo. A few of the items posted in this thread are beyond priceless - we are talking items so rare, that there may only be one or 2 superior items available on any realm or ladder. I'm not saying that all the posts should be like that - several posts contain super low-level item or items that make you laugh due to their name or affixes. But if everyone posts average items, this thread will be a long and tedious read, and players will stop browsing it.
It's a good idea to get somewhat acquainted with the possible affixes able to spawn on items, their range, desirability and requirements before posting, so you have at least an idea about the quality of a posting. Even if an item is great for self-use, it might not seem that great to anyone else playing.

It doesn't need 2 pala to be worth a lot though, really ... it's a gorgeous lld29 hdin helm imo.

At least that is what I would say if it was on the realms, not sure how big lld 29 is on single player to be honest ... :scratchchin:

The jewel in diadem is a legit 7fhr/5str/14mana/28fire res.
Diadem is legit, self upped and probably #1 1os es sorc diadem on West NL.
