Fools and level 37? So its rounded down? (50 x 0.75 -> 37) Just curious, always someone that knows
I usually keep these just because I'm a packrat. Basically impossible to sell since it lacks one out of Ias / Eth / 2os / Higher ED. Most probably 2 from that list to make it usuable. If the ed is lower then around 250 you need some serious kickers to make it worthwhile.
The base item is also not that desirable.
So, all in all: Close but not really there.
Btw, this is the showoff forums, not pricecheck so please refer to that part of the forums next time instead of posting here

It's amazing if:
- It beats the common uniques/runewords for its level
(looking at your hammer, I'd rather have a Butcher's Pupil)
- It has a lot of useful stats, and none or few meh stats
(ring with 19str and 4% life leech is ok, ring with 20str, 8% life leech, 6% mana leech, 100ish AR, 11 all resist and good mana is WOW!)
- It has *usable* stats and an awesome name
