It looks like near perfect stuff is close to perfect in value at the start of the season, and goes down every week after while ppl are searching for perfect values
I bought Hihglord's for UM yesterday. Maybe prices slowly go down.

I've got a 4os AP listed for Lum - Lem. Maybe Pul for 4os Superior? ETH 4 os prices at Um - Mal
3os with 15% ED would be pretty high? Gul - Vex?

need a price check on my eth vamp gaze 8/8/17 (so close)
Edit: also i think this guide is a good base for past prices. Things have changed tho. People are keeping more smaller things like gems and low runes because of the increased inventory space, lowering their value. 40pgems (any) goes for a pul these days (past was mal-ist).

Appreciate all the work you are putting into this. My trading experience has largely fallen in line with what's in here, though it may take quite some time to get a bite on more common things like Magefist, lower Chanceys, etc, even when you are just trying to trade for Lem/Pul. I don't have time to sit afk waiting to trade so I just name my MF rooms with random trades and hope someone interested will hop in before I finish and move on to the next one.
For what it's worth, I was offered (and accepted) Pul for 30 PGems (0 pamethyst/pruby in the bunch) today. Possibly someone needed pgems, possibly the price of some runes is trending downward.
