Well, until skoolbus made the recent witness-related posts, I kind of thought that was what RK was doing, but at least everyone now knows RK was a townie.

I'm going to cut to the point, Mr. VI/Mafia shell game, Sir Lister of Mafia, needs to be hanged until dead.

I believe Lister isn't our biggest problem at the moment. I'm not at home at the moment so I don't have any notes right now, but I reread the thread and it became obvious that Sint is covering for Moar. Also if you check the guys that Sint has labeled as obvious townies are mostly dead. By mafia no less. I can post more when I get home in 6-8 hours, but I can tell you this, I'm now 100% sure that Sint is a mafioso.

Okay now to respond to the immediate vote.
You're full of it. I admit I don't have as strong a mafia-feeling about moar as others here, but I don't see how I am covering for her.
My posts about her? Let's look at them.
Day 1.
#232: I mention her here for having a low post count. Nothing on it since I mention more people and it's day 1.
Day 2.
#288: I find a link between CDRT imprisonment and her (and two others). I said I'd keep a close(r) eye on them.
#292: I find a link between Drixx's death and her (and a few others). I point out that I find that it ''looks like a set up''.
#317: mentioned her here, because she was attracting votes and I said ''I want to see other people post, before I see what to do with my vote''.
#475: Mention her small post count in a table about everyone, mention nothing changed much there.
#519: made a comment on everyone. On moar: ''undecided. It seemed she made a slip up early on, but with the murders connected to her and her reasoning later I'm not convinced.''

That was it. Pretty obvious I'm covering for her, yeah.. Or is it that I didn't vote for her? Well then you can add more then half the town to your list. I just wasn't convinced (and am still not). The thing that you should've said was that I maybe should've payed more attention to moar, not that I was covering for her. What ever I guess.

And I'm suspicious because I thought people were townies that now ended up dead? Laugh my *** off. So I was right about them. Note that I said about 15 people that they were townies the last time I said something about everyone. Oh jeez, one of them got murdered, I guess you got a solid case there. Now that I think of it, who here didn't think Jrla was a townie? Who here didn't think Rev was a townie. Okay I may be stretching it with Rev, but I'm sure quite a lot of people didn't think he was mafia either.

I don't know what made you jump. Did Lister make you do it? Funny how he makes a big post saying I look suspicious and the next day (note that you could've said everything you said right now yesterday too) someone comes along and makes other unfounded claims. Sorry to break it to you, it doesn't add up. 100% sure? I guess you can be 100% sure about half the town if you use arguments like that. It looks like a 1-2 between the two of you. He sets up something on a day, the next person opens the voting on the next day so that if needed the first can come over the top. Clever play. I'm not accusing or pointing fingers, but it does look that way. Especially because you posted it today while you had every chance to do so yesterday.

Anyway, I'll go and take a look at Rev's history and make a post about his contacts. Probably posted a bit later.

Down boys! Jeez, don't make us put you in a steel cage and let you flip a coin to see which of you loses the death match. As amusing as a lynch as that'd be, it'd also be rather counter productive. We need to get down to bussiness, before the mafia takes us out one at a time while fermenting discord amongest us.

Now that I have net back and can comment on the witness roll re-vampage I'm going to have to say that Rash has moved up on my suspicions list again. He was very keen on implying he was the witness on day one/two and now that we know he couldn't know about witnessing and since the mafia took out a prime lynching target themselves, rather than him, I doubt he's the VI. Unlike others (myself, RK) who were suspected of townie rolls he was fostering this outlook rather than setting the record straight.

Sounds to me like you're trying to set up a cop story in which you have succeeded to unveil me. Seriously, if you were the cop and I was mafia you would have just said so to make the lynch instead of making these claims. You don't need your notes to know who you investigated. I don't buy it sorry.

At least it's clear he was not mafia, and since he was killed only now the mafia apparently thouhgt he was not village idiot. I hope he did not have any other role apart from townie.

@Sint: this has nothing to do with suspicions, just a technical remark. You already put me as missing in table on the first day earlier, and now yet again, could you please change that to what I actually voted (you don't have to put up a new one now, but could you do tha tin your next edition, assuming you're still alive by then)? I voted to lynch no one on the first day.

The most interesting thing I notice is that again no one has been taken into custody. Does this mean Jaedhan was indeed the crooked cop, as at least one person already suggested yesterday, or is the mafia trying to have us think he was the crooked cop, or possibly not even that but thinking that townies that do say something are doing a better job at making themselves suspicious than if they would be forced to be silent by imprisoned? An interesting scenario would be if Jaedhan was indeed a mafia member, but not the crooked cop. In that case, would the mafia be likely to gain anything from one living member (the one who's not the crooked cop), not knowing that the crooked cop is still alive (and probably thinking the crooked cop is dead)?

As to Rashiminos' vote, I did not expect anything else. In fact, if he would not have voted on me he would only have made himself more suspicious.

As to Lord_Nikon's vote, I'm quite surprised. It seemed that yesterday he was thinking that I was the one behaving suspicious and making outrageous claims, and now he's voting for Sint as well. I don't see from where he got that Sint would be covering for Moar, but for that I need to go over Sint's posts again.

@Thyiad: what exactly are you trying to say? I think a half to two thirds of the people voted for RevenantsKnight at some point (mostly, if not all, on the first two days), including those later changing their votes, so it's not that odd. Drixx, Jaedhan, and Jrlafrance all voted for RevenantsKnight at some point indeed. I'd leave TouchOfInsanity out of the context since he had to pull out and was not killed.

@all: You probably noticed that I posted just after Skoolbus declared nightfall. It was a matter of simultaneous posting, it took me a while to get all the links in and then after posting I saw Skoolbus had posted while I had been writing. I immediately apologized to Skoolbus by pm, but I feel an apology to all of you is due as well, so I hereby apologize.

9 votes is of course half, but in theory two people could be equally popular and both get 9 votes, so 10 is needed to have a majority.



 
Finally home again :smiley: Hopefully I'll be able to pick up my pace again, although the weekdays are going to get busier from now on.

water_moon - I believe you need half + 1 vote to lynch.

Thy - That fact would be very interesting if Rev was still alive. I'm not sure what to make of it now. Perhaps they wanted to frame him but changed their mind?

Sint & Nikon - I know being accused or sharply rebutted can be annoying. But that's kinda what this game is about. Try not to let it get to you too much.

Not much news elsewhere, huh. I've also been wondering about the detaining. So far I'm still assuming that the crooked cop is still alive. So either they planned from the start to do that on night 1 or 2, or there's something to do with Jaedhann or CDRToast. I'm assuming the first for now, but it might be worth looking into.

The voting seems to have picked up a little speed as well. Good. I'll do my best to follow suit, but I at least want to see Nikon's upcoming monster first. Although I have this nagging feeling it'll be right in front of me when I hit post :grin:
 
Poor RK. I guess I was wrong about him. At least I wasn't alone in that.

Too early in the day to vote, and now I don't even trust my earlier instincts...

Just want to point out that this happening could just mean that Sint was right with his guesses. More alarming is if people Sint strongly accuses of being mafia are murdered. Don't count lynching with that as it doesn't reveal their allegiance.

I have to say, I didn't expect an RK murder. I think my RK-Jaago-Moar trinity is pretty well busted now, going to have to read over the thread for more suspicious characters. My apologies to Jaago.



 
Poor RK. I kinda knew it was coming now that he was more or less accepted to be a townie. Still, I hoped it would have been somebody else.

Again, your reasoning about the VI is quite shallow. Actually, some people have aready brought this out but you just keep it going.

Also you have been making yourself a martyr and saying that you would be killed soon, even though the only person that seems to have you in their hit-list is Rash. I wonder if it is a cover for something... You don't seem to be too much of a threat to the maf either, pointing fingers in everyone's direction.

I'm guessing from this that ToI's role is out of the game, and that we only have 17 players in the game now, so it only takes 9 to lynch.


 
Jaago is still my main suspect right now (same reason as my past from last day). Don't know if I'll have time to check back this weekend.
