i think EB got it from the same source where all the others have. if you try ordering WoW on amazon, you will see the date to be nov 15 as well.

i guess it may, that would be cool, but i think i read in one of the threads where a blizz rep posted and said that the due dates are just assumptions, they have never made one and it will be out probably in the first quarter of '05.

if it does come out on nov 15, its going to be one short open beta. seing they said open beta would come out once they finished the onyxia raid and touched up on the warrior class. so much is still left to be completed, or even started. the pvp mechanics are still in debate.

O well if it is going to be that long I am then going to by me another game to hold me over....d2 has lost lots of its fun especially since about 95% of the people I use to play with no longer play anymore. War3 ladder has gotte annoying with shitty teammates of late. Though I did start playing some of the custom games which are pretty interesting. I could go back an install enter the matrix which was ok I guess and I never did finnish it but meh..
 
beo, if you are able to host, i would love to play some custom games with ya. thats what ive been doing with pansy, victus, kirsty in the summer. though i am not sure how available i would be. perhaps after my last mid term on tuesday.

be sure to download the GW client beta, beo. people will have a chance to play GW from the 26 to the 31st, iirc.

and I can find little info on Growlanser, just the vague things I already know, atleast Nocture made it out, but I am thinking of not getting any rpgs and just getting a modem and shooters instead so I can shoot jerks

How is Guildwars anyways? Which game is it closest to with regards to controls and playing style etc.
 
anybody know if Star Ocean is any good?

hmm since im like really bored tonight i might aswell continue FFX ,FFVII (<-- ownage) or some of my old DC games like skies of arcadia. o_o

I've honestly never tried hosting....maybe me should...playing mostly footmen frenzy, and the other one was called dota or something like that....like I said new to custom games.
 
tower maze or w/e once made my comp fry really bad,so i stopped playing custom maps for a while even though the dragon ball scenarios were fun.

btw if you got a spot left count me in. o_o oh and is this TFT or RoC?

you can go to its official website and check out the videos (i think?) or gamespot.
i participated in the alpha, i wasnt too impressed, but i was told that the retail version will have a lot a lot mroe and stuff. i dont know. i enjoy WoW a lot more, but hey.

the game its closest related to? i dont know, i guess all i can suggest is watch the videos.

wether its tft or roc, i am fine with it.
 
I heard that Star Ocean, from a friend, is a very LONG game, good graphics, storyline is meh, but it Shines in the battle system. It's live action *** beating with RPG aspects.

Growlanser looks good to me. rings = become your weapons. Interesting concept. We shall see...

I heard bad things about the battle system, that the targeting system was rather cumbersome, if you wanted action RPG I would go for BoF: Dragon Quarter or Tales of Symphonia
