Griswold is broken.

While building the GoMule dropcalc, I found that his Hell and Nightmare droprates were identical (for weap/armo TCs). This is due to an entry in TreasureClassEx.txt, where Gris in NM and in Hell returns "Act 1 (H) Uitem C".
 
That's what I thought when I read it, but I thought maybe I was too tired (been searching for info for ages, and it was past 1am...)

Also, who broke him? Your programs (ie, something you could fix,) or Blizz's coding?

Does that mean he is level 87 and can drop anything? (Mlevel 84+3)

Cheers Max. I think they've already been fixed, but i'll double check the -15. I wasn't running the results through the tbl files, so a lot of the blue stuff was incorrectly shown.

No no, I didn't break him, it's just a bug. I'm not sure what he can drop, I havent looked at the dropcalc stuff for 3 months :P Character stuff seemed more important.



 
Could someone please explain to me the mlvls in the 1.11 drop calculator? Specifically there are total of 8 listings for "Diablo": two for each difficulty level (1st and subsequent kills), and then there are two more that appear as "Diablo" and "Diablo - (N)" each with mlvls of 110.

At first I thought the two mlvl 110 Diablos were for the annihilus and torch diablos respectively. But then I thought a) why would they be included in ATMA seeing as SP characters cannot trigger either event, and b) why would the mlvl 110 Diablos have a chance to drop anything but the respective skills charms?

In short, I am confused.
 
They are those diablos. It's easier to include everything than to remove some entries :) Also more complete, it's a diablo 2 drop calculator not an SP drop calculator.
 
Having a rather annoying ATMA problem. I'm trying to transfer an angelic amulet from my stash onto a character but it won't let me stick it anywhere; not in the neck slot, inventory, stash, or cube. It's only one of my characters, too; I can transfer it on my other chars. Really ticking me off since I'm trying to transfer the complete set over but can't.
 
What version is the ammy? If it is 1.09 and your char is 1.11 you will not be able to transfer it, until you have entered a 1.11 game with the 1.09 ammy on a 1.09 char.

Or, iirc, there;s a setting in options, maybe for allowing version transfer? Or perhaps messing with the version stuff in one of the menus.
 
All my chars and items are 1.11b. It is a classic item but the character is classic as well. For some reason, I now can't transfer my ring onto the char anymore either.

And now it isn't letting me transfer other items over as well. This is getting pretty gd lame. My sorc has no armor now because I can't use the angelics and now I can't use my silks either.

There is an "automatic update to 1.11" in the menus. Try turning it off.
 
Didn't help. I don't think it's a version problem. I only use 1.11 and it's definitely a classic character and all the item readouts say 1.10+ Standard.

Is there any way for me to get my items back at this point or am I screwed? I tried transferring the items onto a new character and now that isn't working either. Not sure what's up but it's only some of the items in my stash.

Edit: Actually, I just tested and I can transfer the bugged items onto expansion characters but not any classic chars despite the items still saying standard rather than expansion. That doesn't really help me at all though since I already had numerous of these items in my expansion stashes but need them in classic. The only thing I can think of is that I used ATMA to change my character's name and it's possible that the items she had with/on her are the ones that aren't transferring correctly. Maybe when it created the new char file (since it seems to simply copy the old one and give it the new name) it converted the items somehow but just didn't change the readout?
 
is there a function in Atma V that searches all of your stashes and characters for a specific item?

i need my steelrend, and im sure I have 1. but I can't find it. I already opened all my pre loaded stashes and characters
 
@ Kinesong - I run Flavie on all of my characters and stashes, so a Full Dump ATMA report is done. Then I open the windows search function from the Start menu and search .txt files for "Steelrend". That will tell me what stash the item I am looking for is in.
 
@ kinesong - Download GoMule, add all your stashes, then go for the all items view at the bottom of the list. That will put all your stashes into 1 mega stash so you can check out all your items.

Filter on "Unique" + "armor" + "gloves" and the search becomes more easy.

You can not drop in this mega stash as it's not a real stash, but you can take items out of it. (It will be taken from the real character/stash)

iron golem

I started playing again recently and one of my characters from 1.10 i upped was a necro who had an iron golem active. I got some sort of error message from gomule and i had to unsummon it before i could load the character.

also, is there a way to remove characters from the load bar on the left? I had one there that I have since deleted and he's causing problems when I click the flavie button.

the iron golem problem i was using .16 and the deleted characters were .16 and .17 i believe

I have no problem loading a necro with a iron golem, but the current version could have. Can you send me a copy of the necro with golem (going wrong in Flavie) ?

The windows Del button (I added the backspace as second button, but I think that's currently CVS version only.)
You can edit the project properties file directly (it's plain ASCII) and remove the character/stash causing problems.

not sure how to send it to you, but I resummoned an iron golem to make sure i was still having the problem.

another one I remembered now and an aesthetic: the required level for crafted items is often off by a few levels; the zerker axes i just crafted say req lvl 64 but in game say 70 and a ring i crafted in .09 says 65 and in game like 89.
