Dynaheir was not lousy! She was the best mage in all of BG 1.

yup. you should play the bg series. awesomeness :thumbsup: just avoid icewind dale and NWN. gaah.

i currently dont have a WF, but theres a fair chance ill found one by the time i get my lash. off to look at the various diff bows i could choose

I just thought of another favourite quote. When you stand around for a bit, the characters will get bored. Minsc´s version of this:

"Boo must have his exercise, lest he bites us all in hard-to-reach places."
 
I always thought Edwin had all the classic lines but loved it when Minsc would get hit for a critical and say, "That's not right"

I think a Barbarian is more suited to play Minsc, especially a Zerker.
 
also who can remember the name of the talking sword from bg2 that you get in the sewers? lilarcor? if my memory serves me correctly

I believe it also said something on a critical like "Whoah, that looks like a gusher"

I SO HATED Lilarcor... One time I just dumped it/him and went back to Hendak and bought back the Sword of Chaos I sold there.

/me walks away thinking off how to make a good Nameless One character.

hahaha. Lilarcor shall be my swords name. Minsc always got given him to make him immune to lots of mind spells. hahaha. after breaky his journey will begin. but of course i have to find a balrog blade. should i make it in a superior one or not?
 
haha! ah! minsc and boo. who could forget. helping them save dynaheir was it! haha! well, i did let them join me the 1st time i played the game, but the next 4-5 times it was mostly 6 of my own chars.

You know, I haven't played my collectors edition of BG2-soa. in fact, there are a lot of games in my cupboard i havent played thanks to d2!

GG on the minsc & boo combo!

Steel on steel and monsters all around, the stuff of legend, right boo!
 
should i use a superior balrog blade or a normal balrog blade to make kingslayer
 
i have started but didnt get near as much play time as i hoped. so jail lvl 1 WP at lvl 16 or 17. merc is fire arrow lvl 9.
sigon set with shadowfang sword.

i have a normal 4 sock balrog blade. but not a superior one
 
IIRC he was only a +2 sword wasnt he?

anyway i will hunt for a superior one until minsc hits lvl 53 which is when BB"s are avialable
