their main use is for a bear-sin, but some high-end kickers also use them.

What you going to put it in? That fits a lot of upped weapons.
In addition to the Chaos being while nice, not a blue, The Fools was Nice as well but the addition of 2 ums instead of something like the jewel above?
Kind of had me going UM UM.
Quickness is the +40%Mod - works like FCR for Traps BTW
