rare rings could have much better stats, I cant think of a use for that ring.

it would be a nice switch ring for a character that needs extra lit-res and dex.

perhaps a bowazon could make good use out of it?

Yeah, I was thinking bowazon switch versus FoH or lite sorc, dex helps damage, res helps survivability.

Not bad but lacks FCR or another useful second mod. Still a nice item to boost your poison damage (with 1 or 2 poison RBF's inside).
