It's a good circlet to any coldsoso, and is commonly used at lvl 49 mld ones.

That extra durability is very useful if you plan to punch monsters with that godly orb :grin: ...

Btw, just gambled a +2 Druid Skills 20% FCR rare circlet, and a +3 Elemental Skills 10% FCR amulet in a row. Someone wants me to build a Windruid :wink: !
