How many have actually found high runes, vex,ohm,sur etc

:mad: I guess I must be very unlucky. I have been playing since this game came out, and have never found ne high end runes. I have a 480 mf char and have done countless runs on all lvl 85 areas for years. How can ne one actually have 5 ber runes to put in an item? I don't even have ne thing worth trading for one. I have found 2 sojs since playing. I like to find my own stuff instead of trading, since most of the high lvl items are duped. Whats a legit player to do?

mf doesn't affect rune drops.

I have found a GUL rune in diablo sanctuary once.. and a IST rune in Lost city.
 
i found an ohm in wsk a couple of weeks ago...other than that i have only found um and lower in my over 2 years of playing...

Edit: and i have never found a soj
 
Found a Vex on doing an Andy run in hell from a random pack of dark ones. First high rune that I have found in the 3 yrs I have been playing. :)
I also found both tals ammy and a soj during ladder season 1...right before reset. :cool:
 
Since I've played, I've found Ber, Lo, Vex, 4-5 Ists, 3 Mals. Also found 2 SOJs.
 
On bnet meph dropped an ohm when i was playing with my friend i let him keep it , also found a soj from pindle.

Since i moved to singleplayer found a gul and thats about it so far.

Last season I found 2 Um, 4 Mals, 2 Vex, and a Ber. The Vexes came from Bremm Sparkfist. The others were from random normal monsters. The Ber I got from a devilkin I killed out of frustration when the Countess dropped me eth and tal. Luck, luck, and more luck.....
 
VEX is easy to get, since it can be made from only two GUL runes --- which are hellforge runes.

Highest rune I ever found from monsters/chests (as opposed to hellforge) was UM sometime during the first ladder.
 
yea trying to find high runes is like finding a needle in a haystack.though i have found a jah,vex,ohm and 2ists in the last 3 years or so.and 4 sojs.so i geuss my lucj hasnt been too bad.
 
i've found my first and only hr, a ber, last week in the trap door area below the lost city....cant remember the name of the area i'm thing it starts with forgotten

ehh.. you guys are soo lucky!! My highest rune was Gul, and it was from hellforge LoL.. Although, I once found a 28/15 2 os coa off baal minions.. :clap:
 
I found couple of Vex runes and an Ohm rune @ Andy, a Jah and a Ber @ Pindle.
I did a lot of Nm Andy runs when I started playing LOD 1.10 and I'm pretty sure I've found 10+ Sojs at that time. I even found 3 Sojs one day :p
Doing hell mf runs, I think I've found another 10+ Sojs, so I can't complain about that :)
 
The highest ever rune I have found from a monster was a PUL rune, I believe I found it off the Hell Countess. Recently I seem to have been having more luck with elite uniques and skillers.
 
Been playing online since the day the exp came out.

Never ever found a SOJ.
Highest non-Hellforge rune was a Mal. Once from a unique Archer in Hell Tristram, once from a dead rogue in Hell Cows.
 
My frustration too. On every forum ppl are spamming the highest runewords for builds as if everybody gets them in a starters-packet. If you are lucky enough to find 1 rune form the runeword you want there's still the imossible task of finding the other one(s).

Highest so far is pul, medium, but still special to me since I don't get mid-high runes that often.

Never found a soj either. As said in this topic many ppl claim to have gotten many from andy. I did many andy-runs and am still doing many but every time she drops a unique ring it's some crappy nagel or manald, preferably nagel with 15% mf...

Sure you heard this many times before but I play pretty much. So either I'm unlucky, others are lucky, or others play waaay more then me. (by other I mean the ppl with the high runes/soj's or mara's for that matter, since it seems to be another everyday item)

Anywayz, I'll stop the nagging and start playing right :uhhuh:
 
I have found a Vex and a Lo, but weird enough, never a soj, I did find every other (nonladder though) unique ring in the game, several times.
 
found jah and vex and 6-7 sojs now

but yesterday found an amn on hc ladder and felt just as good as finding any of those
