If that's the case, then where's the best place to find runes #30 onwards?

Go kill lots of creatures in level 85 areas. Another underrated place is the Flayer Jungle due to the large hordes of easily killed flayers.

I'd also recommend Hell Cows; and possibly even the three Kurast areas in act 3, not so much for the monsters, but for all the chests there.

Yeah, I forgot about the chest scummers in large player games. I often wondered why people would go to Kurast in an 8 player Baal run instead of helping out.
