~ Greek Mytholody God Tournament ~
Welcome to the Greek Mythology God Tournament (or GMGT for short).
Here you can join the race of the Gods, where the strongest of the Gods will prevail.
Explanation:
You are a God, as a template for a Diablo II: Lord of Destruction character. You will spend 1 month in leveling your character, as high as you can go. And so you know, as I will reveal later, it is the LEVEL and SKILL of your character that will help you win this tourney, NOT how far you have gone.
Information:
-Gods do not have to aid there progress reports with pictures, as until the final meeting, I do not really need to know what you are wearing. However, at the final meeting, dress code should be to your Gods guidelines.
-Gods do not have to follow the skills during their leveling, however it is advised as at the final meeting you are required so showcase your skills and how powerful they are. This means that you can go with another tree, but you will be hindered with less points in your real skills.
-Gods are to be created in Softcore, with no twinking allowed.
-Gods must register with me before they are created, I will not accept entries with Gods that are above level 1.
-Gods should report in at least four times with their progress in the tournament, at least once each week.
-Gods mustn't just think about being the best against monsters, be versatile. Think outside the square you live in.
-Gods equipment and skills must match the personality, looks, and powers of the Gods that they are templates of.
-Gods owners must have their plans for builds to me before they create, so I can make any necessary adjustments to them before they head off and start killing beasts.
-Gods who have any queries, feel free to email me (email address at the bottom of the page).
THE TWIST:
As you may have gathered by the bountiful amount of clues I have given, there will be a final meeting. At this meeting Gods are required to DUEL each other to find out who has God supremicy.
They system of Dueling will be a knockout. And they will be set as follows.
Top Seed (highest level) vs. Bottom Seed (lowest level)
Secont Top Seed (second highest level) vs. Second Bottom Seed (second lowest level)
As it depends how many contestants there are, the top 2 seeds might have a bye in the first round. These duels might be a slow process, as not everyone can duel at once. Also, there can be spectators in the duels, if they want to see a good fight.
Dates:
The tournament will start on the 28th of March, at 12am, and will conclude on the 25th of April, at 11:59pm. All characters must then report A.S.A.P. with their final levels, so I can get the dueling sceduals going.
Send me in your character ideas, with plans on their looks, skills, and an explanation of how you got these skill choices from their personalitys, looks, powers etc.
Prizes:
I do not yet know what to do about prizes for the winners, and it might take me a bit longer to think about it. I guess satisfaction would be the main one, of being the best God and Dueler in the SPF. SO I am really stuck here as what to do.
