Frenzy Barb ideas/planning

I have 33 small charms of inertia 2 large charms and 1 grand charm, a cats eye amulet, mavinas belt, IK boots, and enigma. I wonder how strong I can make a build around these items and see how fast I can run through the acts. I want to hit a record.

Also goofing off in normal and desyncing sounds fun but I don't know if I"ll be that fast.

My first frenzy barb is sitting around with awesome gear, but a second one just for running fast sounds fun.

Is the gc a skiller/Steel/interesting add one? Or maybe you just want to try with plain ones... Having a full running inventory sounds fun..! #Flash

2x Upped Crainte Vomir for the weapons.

FRW has diminishing returns described here, you can probably ditch some SCs.
