what do you guys think about some hell baal runs that evening (~7pm gmt)? i would make the host.
my bard is L83 atm, he can do hell baal runs @ p1 (probably p3 too) alone, but on p8 he's only leeching :D

Can I assume nooneis ever going to want to do this with a group of hardcore characters? :) If anyone ever does, I would join =]
 
It would be doubtful that you'll find enough people to want to try a HC MP group such as this, since so much time is still done SP HC is clearly going to be very very hard to make 99 in. Can you imagine a lvl 98 character that youve aspent every day for 5 months leveling in the WSK die from a boss pack of OK's, or even worse...lag? I think i would go into shock and end up living my life in a white padded room.

our exping was stopped by blue screen of death on my pc that told me to reinstall all hard- and software. i rebooted, and everything works fine...:teeth:
but i've to get up early, so i wont host anymore. thx for playing! :thumbsup:
 
Sorry, the lag was getting really bad and my connection kept on freezing mid battle. i just didnt want to risk dying. nice playing with you though, got to lvl 91 :D
 
I will if the lag isnt too bad. I now have a working mouse, so thats good (it was wireless, and i ran down the batteries in 2 days Grrrr.. but i can let it recharge whilst using it apparently, so im ok.

hmm. they go odd from time to time. due to the huge server loads.

8pm GMT is 6 or 7 am here. so ill see if im on then. ill do my best but im damn tired. and my hammerdin isnt up to speed
 
Have you considered sleeping coarx? it helps with the tiredness.
And a normal game is about 9-10pm GMT, so thats late enough for you to sleep, wake up, ahve a bite to eat and play.
 
Doh! How far did you get?

I returned from the LAN. We started new characters: I now have a lvl 51 FO/CL sorc! And a... lvl 18 venomancer in act 2 norm!! :uhhuh: Dang! I need to get through it! Do you do baal runs tonight? Or could someone help me?

And... Forget about the bonespear idea... I can't seem to find marrowwalks and I am tired of hunting for them. Also my bonemancer is in act 5 nightmare and he can hardly kill on p8 baalruns with a BS damage of exactly... 1500! Those PI venomlords have 24000 HP, so 108000 HP on p8! They have no magic resistance, so I had to shoot 108000 / 2000 = 54 times at one of them to knock him down... :xx:
 
Still only lvl 18 huh? maybe you want to play with your FO/CL sorc. If she seems fun then iots probably better option, even if it wont be as much use in MP, if it keeps you intersted after 4000 baal runs then its good enough.
 
hmm... If you think it's all right, I might do it! The venomancer is hard to play at the beginning, but it seems like it's nothing for me. No, I can't really say that, because he's so low lvl, but hey, like you said, I play other chars all the way and everything. And... I don't want to use that bug! Dunno, I like the idea of a venomancer, but I can't pull myself together to play him... It seems like work, while I enjoy, for example, my new sorceress. Hmm, yes. No. Doh! Confusion... But as you said, it wouldn't be useful for the party...
