I. Think. Not, my good sir. North is too cold (which is not a bad thing temp wise) and seems kinda bland to me. Come to the South during "fall" (that would be Oct. or Nov. when it's a lot more cooler cuz you Northeners can't handle heat) (and by cooler i mean 80 degrees on Halloween) and i'll show y'all how to have some REAL fun! we'll go to the biggest rock concert in Houston (Buzzfest), go to a football game (bcuz here in the South, it is a second religion. not for me, but for a lot of other ppl) and be half naked during the game with our torsos painted up bcuz our weather here is perfect for it, and go have some whiskey and blow up shtuff in the woods, maybe even go muddin' (<-- that i have never done, but looks like fun!)! y'all should come here and learn how to have fun. :P besides, we have some of the most beautiful women around (i think CC would really like it since "everytihng's bigger in Texas" if ya catch my drift ;) ) here. you just gotta look for them.

Without funny statements or magnificent backstory, i'd like to enter myself in the next game as well.
Hope we'll have a good time. I'll get myself a new avatar by then, because I don't like the one Gorny gave me.

you already opened the can, Luda! :D i think you should share with the group and i'll vouch if it's true or not. haha, probably not going to like it, but whatev. im trying to learn how to accept things. let me clear some things up with y'all:

1.) no, we aren't imbreeders. most Texans have sanity and sense not to do that.
2.) not all of us wear cowboy hats, ride horses, and listen to country music.
3.) not all of us have that Southern accent. the only thing that would give me away is the "y'all." been saying it my whole life.
4.) (perhaps the most famous) we DO NOT ride tractors or horses to skool! when that happens, it's usually as a joke (trust me, in my old hometown, it's happened!) and i've seen horses rode to McD's and some ppl were taking pics of that (must've been out-of-towners bcuz in Montgomery, it's no big deal. we laugh at that!)!

does that clear anything up, Luda? :)

edit: Gorny, you are right. cold for us is anytihng below 70 degrees. i enjoy it, i have no problem with cold,but too cold for me is probably <45 degrees. i haven't been in SEVERE cold weather, like some of you may have. never been in a blizzard, never been in 0 degree weather.
