Sometimes when upgrading items at the Smithy it doesn't take.
He takes my money and materials but the upgrade doesn't happen. Once the Smithy in Kyovashad said "oh well, never mind" after one unsuccessful upgrade so I thought perhaps it was a potluck thing.
