Sorry for the image dump ... i'm not entirely sure what the best way to post 'em so I just basically screenshotted them all

- been running keys for a long time. FoH pally makes this very easy on players 1-3 (3 for the minimal no drop chance or so i've heard, correct me if i'm wrong) Also have used a Nec Fishymancer for Nilhalak explosion goodness. Also a lightning trapsin too.

I've learned a couple of things doing Uber Trist runs:

- don't rely on Dracs for lifetap ... don't believe me? I finally smartened up and bought a life tap wand on offhand switch and it's made everything better.
- started running Uber Trist without a merc because he was getting more in the way than helping ... overriding my lifetap curse.
- if you have CTA, use it (CTA really helps with Nihlathak because that bastard can ohko you with his corpse explosion) and ubers of course.
- you can get away playing sloppy with the Ubers ... but you better be on point with Meph because he'll wreck you quick if you aren't ready. That may be my fault because I just kept the Verdungos on instead of swapping it out for T-Gods.
- This uber smiter is really strong once you get lifetap going. I did Matron's Den and Duriel on players8 accidently and still killed them.
- got lucky, not that my torches are overly awesome ... but I got variety (which is what I kinda wanted) and only got one duplicate necro and druid torch. Just need an assassin one. My amazon one is pretty sad but it's still a torch.

I guess my next goal is an annihlus ... but given that i've only got 1 SoJ i'm not really that driven to sacrifice it unless I get a 2nd SoJ. That may be never ....

I've got one more set of keys to run but i'll save them for another day. Should I be saving the standard of heroes just in case they release act 6 later on? lol.

I'm very jealous of that IK Soul Cage drop! It's the last piece I need to complete the IK set for my Barb.

How much MF is your Sorc running and what players setting did you do the Stoney Tomb runs on?

/players 3. Sitting just over 400 MF, and if I was willing to swap out Magefist and use up my only Ist I could still push it up a bit.

I ended up at level 89, and I'm debating dropping a bit of MF for FCR and skills so I can up the players count and try to level into the 90s.

I've currently got my Fireball Sorc mostly optimized for +skills and FCR, though I still achieve about 270 MF with this setup. It's about 3 minutes to fully clear the Stoney Tomb on /p5. /p8 is certainly doable too, just a bit slower. I've been thinking about shaking up the equipment for more MF and dialing it back to /p3. I'll probably stick with the current setup a while longer, as I'd also like to push my Sorc into the 90's. She's sitting at level 88 right now.

Ugh, jealous again! Tal's Adjudication is the only item I'm missing from that set too! Every time I see a green amulet drop, my hopes get up, but I still haven't got one yet...

What a bargain, @Zyr! Less than thirteen thousand gold to repair five durability on that Leaf - that's just pocket change for you, right?

A long time ago, when I was first experimenting with runewords, I wondered why a Nadir runeword in a certain superior (extra durability) pelt would always bankrupt the druid that tried to repair it. In fact, I'm playing a druid right now, and I notice that I have such a pelt stashed in GoMule, so it's as good a time as any to review that experiment! Here goes:

Plain pelt, cost to repair one durability point: 417 gold.
W0rep.png

Same pelt, but freshly minted with a Nadir runeword: 1286 gold to repair one durability point.
W0repNadir.png

Same Nadir pelt, but with one spell charge spent: 12,699 gold to repair one durability and restore one charge.
W0repNadirCharge.png

Ever since that early expensive observation about that Nadir runeword, I have (over)reacted by refusing to make any runewords out of superior bases.

I wonder: are repair costs as avaricious on runeworded superior items with enhanced defense/AR/damage, compared to superior items with increased maximum durability? I guess I should experiment further, but I don't have another superior base item to make another Nadir for comparison purposes.
