You can rack all types of circlets (including diadems) in 1.07/8 LK
and they will always be at least magic! but there is nothing you can do to get more than 1 socket on them in those patches.

Are the 30% frw/20% fcr affixes in 1.07?

Great discussion. I came here to say I gotta agree with what froz said. 1.07 Valk is an amazing hat for the Bowa, especially if you use Engima. Jewellers Tiara is amazing, but finding it AND the jewels is a lifetime's work honestly.
