As with your grim shield that is impossible to spawn, I won't believe it unless I see it. Stop making up items and posting them, nobody cares about items that don't exist.
 
Gotta agree with Zodi here, you will need a screenshot to back that up. Unless you are adding on elemental damage to the max....?

+2barb can spawn on a BH... One of my friends has a +2barb 40ias 4-9cold 180ed 143ar 98-162 damage battle hammer... Beats out Plague Star, which makes it even more impressive.

Pstar is overpriced in my opinion, not saying it isnt good but still... best bh i've seen is 186 (198 ed+14 max dmg) and i've seen a 197 and a 198 ed, both 173-4. my bh now has low ed but + max dmg makes it 89-168

A Grimm Scythe has 30 to 70 (50 Avg) Damage,

In theory, that ed would make his scythe 208.6 (209 rounded or 208 ?) damage.
It could also have +19 or +20 to max, which would make it 228.
Mind you, I don't believe such things unless I see them either. :)

Personally, I do use a 200ED Grimm Scythe, which indeed does 210
It is PS sock, so I presume it originated in 1.09. It was borrowed(He did want it back if I was ever done using it, though I can keep it for as long as I want) to me by a guy who has a 208 -30 req, cause I was playing with style rather then using the best damage/res/effect equip. :)
Highest I have found myself (in 1.1x) so far is a 184. I think the scythe I use was the product of SoJ rerolling.
