I didn't see him as defending him, just questioning. The way gory reacted there is actually what I consider to be typical gory behavior.

My theory is that he wants to get lynched.

VI is certainly a possibility, but then it seem too obvious that he wants to get lynched. Why would he be so obvious with pics and his defense of Mal? He could achieve his goal as a VI with being less obvious. I just have an uneasy feeling about him. Something is not quite right.

"Theory" reads to me that someone believes that something may be likely and can be used as an explanation or probability. "Possibility" reads that something may be an explanation but not necessarily probable. Do you agree or disagree?

Well this a quite early and blunt accusation. If this isn't a rolecop claim I don't know what it is. You said “Meow” at the end of one of your posts, is this also a Catwoman claim? This would make sense for a watcher/tracker.

If you got a vibe from him that he was town, why investigate him? Not someone you thought might be a little more scummy? I understand that you did it because you think he got a little mad, but surely you could have investigated maybe one of the people up for prosecution.

We could attribute such an early claim to being fairly new and not being 100% sure about what to do, but it does seem incredibly bold. I know in my second game, I would never have made a bold call but he just be trying to make a name for himself, and sticking himself out there, showing he can play this damn game too. At this point, I have to go with dj, I just don’t see him being scum.

Val's playing with his Jump To Conclusions mat. It sounds like you are assuming djm is a watcher/tracker. Therefore, wouldn't the target be Drixx?

What's with the CDM train? It started without any reason.

It started because he hasn’t said anything. He hasn’t accomplished anything either. We just want to hear from him, but nothing is being said.

As to prosecute. I would like to hear much more from all of them. I'll use my prosecute on BPC. I'd really like to see if he's going to contribute or not.

Mal said he is going out for a bit and he is in New Zealand. CDM has not posted.

As for votes right now, I don’t want to put Mal at lock-1 considering we have over 24 hours to do so.

As for the prosecution, CDM hasn’t posted, but I don’t feel like this is quite scummy and a train on him is a bit much right now. OMG has been fairly useless and I haven’t seen anything useful come out of him. I don’t trust it and I want to hear something serious from him.

A bit wishful thinking, the chances of getting two mafia on this large of a game is quite....small, but yes it would be very nice. Noodle has a habit of staying in the background and sliding by, which is the reason he's up for prosecution. The person I'd like to hear from os omgwtfbbqpwned, considering I haven't seen s*** from him.

I also would like to hear from Bad Ash, considering his lack of thought processes in this game thus far.

I feel the same way. The only scum hunting he has done is grill bandie in a hail of role fishing. It seems like he wants to be lynched.

So? If someone wants to be lynched, perhaps we should lynch them. Either they're town and their lynch will benefit us, they're mafia and need to be lynched, or are neutral and distracting the town from hunting mafia.

Saying that we should not lynch someone just because they're a VI is a scum argument. VI's need to be removed from the game, and we can not count on mafia night killing them for us.

If your name was up for prosecution, I'd be voting you. Moar as well, since twice now she's labeled someone as a possible VI.

Since neither of you are available, I'm still leaning towards Prosecuting Bad Ash. As I stated yesterday, I dislike the argument that while we should Interrogate, we don't necessarily need to proceed with a Prosecution

I really don't see the point in prosecuting someone (Crawlingdeadman) who will most likely get mod-killed so my vote is for Bad Ash. His post #252 was made 7 minutes after Djmbbandie's statement, long enough for him to have noticed it, yet made no comment about it. While the eternal quarrel between Bad Ash and Noodle is entertaining, lurker behavior should not be confused with a purposefully disinterested one.

My assumption was that he saw him use a Freeze Ray, but upon further reading, I believe he most likely was just given an inventory of sorts for his target. What makes you think that Mal targeted Drixx?

Certainty would imply that I have a complete lack of doubt regarding his alignment and Djmbbandie's statement. Since I have no way of knowing the truth at the moment, I can't be certain that Mal is scum.

The bus mechanic, while possible, it's unlikely in this case, and that makes for a bad choice of defense. Also, like in your previous question, I have no way of knowing that DJ is not scum.
